For anyone who knows me, Hedley are my entire world. They’re my favorite band, they’re the reason I am who I am today, it’s been five concerts now, and I finally had the chance to shoot them. Shooting them, was for me, a dream, it’s so surreal that I actually was able to do it. I can’t explain the feeling I got being on stage with them just the thrill of shooting hedley, I couldn’t stop shaking. I’m extremely lucky my favorite band in the entire world has been so accessible thus far. Standing on stage feeling the energy from the thousands of people, shooting this band… made me more complete than any of you could ever imagine.
I got to meet some amazing people this weekend including the guys in Finger 11. Those guys are the most down to earth, straight foreward, awesome people you’ll ever encounter. Two of their guitar tech’s were also the nicest people in the world, and I’ll give a shout out to Ryan H, of Strata and James R of Thine Eyes Bleed. It’s definately a weekened that will stay in my mind forever, and I’m extremely thankful I got to shoot the whole concert. First post is the Hedley shots, and I’ll make a few more posts later with the rest of the bands.
